Located in Irvine, California, Altair encompasses luxury living in the heart of Orange County. Resort-style amenities, an emphasis on indoor/outdoor living, multi-gen options, and unexpected floor plan designs have left buyers begging for more. WHA teamed up with Lennar and designed 3 out of the 6 new neighborhoods in Altair. Starlight, Celestial and Eclipse have been well received within the community and we are thrilled to be a part of this spectacular housing community.

 

Our designers created a series of homes that captured a variety of lifestyle opportunities. They are progressive but stay grounded with familiar traditional elements. Both two and three-story homes ranging from 3,084-4,357 square feet have functional spaces but have a modern vibe. 

 

Some plans were designed to accommodate multi-generational and dual-living situations and include an attached private suite with its own separate entrance, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom. Floor plans offer California rooms with fire places, gourmet kitchens, and spa-like master bath.
