THE STORY
Amber at Solis Park is a collection of attached and detached single-family homes in Great Park Neighborhoods. The residences in Irvine, CA, celebrate a range of colors specific to the elevation styles of Modern Farmhouse, Abstract Traditional, and Boutique. Utilizing the Master Color Palette designed by the WHA Color Studio for District 5, the colors and materials define and enhance the architectural qualities of the homes through playful accent hues, color blocking, and brick and stone accents to create a diverse yet compatible streetscape.
Three two and three-story contemporary floorplans provide residents with open-concept living, decks, and bonus spaces per plan. The designs include 3-4 bedrooms, 3-3.5 bathrooms, and 2-car alley-loaded garages. The first level is host to a versatile bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, great for overnight guests or a home office. Indoor-outdoor living is highlighted in Plans 1 with an expansive covered deck on the second level, and in Plans 2 with a private yard off the main living area. Oriented as a cluster, the site achieves a high density and allows for Plan 1 to be a duplex or stand-alone unit. Plan 2’s footprint is designed to engage the street and encourage residents to utilize the park space across the way.
Solis Park, which is Latin for “sun,” truly emphasizes outdoor living with private community pools and spas, a covered outdoor lounge, parks, playgrounds, an outdoor fitness and training area, sand volleyball courts, and even a community garden to foster a healthy lifestyle. Within Great Park Neighborhoods, residents also have access to a network of trails, amenity centers, and top-rated schools. The power of community is visible within Solis Park – fostering connections between neighbors, the land, and the adjoining parks.
