Located inland from the bustling city of Dubai, the Arabian Ranches single-family townhomes offer a lower density, suburban living solution. Residences have multiple stories, motor court access along with historical courtyard designs. The five building types feature three variations of elevation styles – Andalusian, Portuguese and Spanish architectural details. Targeting median market prices, this development is designed for a sloped site overlooking a serene man-made lake. Our architects adapted the designs for concrete construction methods, which is the traditional building material for durability against the environmental elements. A retail area and community center are included in the design to provide public spaces for the residents of the community to experience. These plans also revitalize the Arabian horse heritage in the region by sustaining the Horse Polo Club in the community center plans.
