THE STORY

Introducing Bloom, a collection of small lot cluster residences in the Village of Rienda in Rancho Mission Viejo. Using the Master Color Palette designed by the WHA Color Studio, Bloom’s contemporary approach to traditional architecture features Modern Farmhouse, Progressive Spanish, and Ranch elevations. Each style embodies a unique aesthetic, from monochromatic schemes with playful siding colors to classic Spanish influences with bright whites and deep jewel-toned accents. Designed to complement the natural landscape of Rancho Mission Viejo, seamlessly integrating with the local geography. The exteriors and interiors reflect the new age of code, with minimal site landscaping due to wildfire requirements and extended garage sizes to accommodate electric readiness infrastructure which impacted the overall footprint. However, our designers maintained the program and design intent of the thoughtfully designed floor plans to prioritize livability, storage, and tech advancements.

To attract millennials and young, growing families, the two-story detached homes range from 1,753 to 2,150 square feet and feature four floor plans offering 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3 baths, and two-car garages. Embracing a compact footprint that does not compromise on space, the homes boast high bedroom counts and flexibility for aging-in-place. The Village of Rienda offers residents plenty of outdoor trails, parks, pools, sports fields, community farms, and clubhouses to connect with their community.
