THE STORY
 

Cascade at Solis Park is a collection of two and three-story townhomes in Great Park Neighborhoods. Utilizing the Master Color Palette designed by the WHA Color Studio for District 5, the colors and materials create a strong visual interest and compliment the Transitional and Boutique architectural styles using textured stone accents and playful stucco colors. The three and four-plex buildings maximize the site density while enhancing the dynamic neighborhood aesthetic and maximizing the livability within the footprints.

Open-concept living, decks, and bonus spaces are offered within the three designs. The homes include 3-4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 2-car garages.
