THE STORY

Falloncrest I at The Preserve is a 10-acre neighborhood of 188 homes integrating two distinct product lines – Sage Court and Cedar Row. This neighborhood features a private recreation area and a public park, both easily accessible from Sage Court and Cedar Row, promoting walkability, enhancing health and well-being, and encouraging active lifestyles.

Cedar Row is a thoughtfully designed row townhome, featuring 8-plex and 9-plex buildings. These two- and three-story townhomes offer six distinct floor plans ranging from 1,297 to 2,525 square feet. Open floor plan concepts, private decks, and flexible spaces such as lofts, offices, or first-floor suites, create exciting opportunities for a variety of home buyers. Each home has a convenient two-car garage. Located in the southern portion of the neighborhood, these alley-loaded townhomes frame dynamic streetscapes with welcoming front doors along streets and paseos, seamlessly connecting to the community’s extensive sidewalk and trail system.

Rooted in tradition yet designed for modern living, Cedar Row offers a fresh take on classic Spanish and Colonial Monterey architecture. Rich in detail, its elevations showcase warm wood accents, brick elements, and distinctive entry doors that bring character and depth to each facade. A mix of garage door styles adds personality to the alley-facing elevations, reinforcing a commitment to four-sided architecture. Designed to foster connection, the neighborhood features a public park along its western edge and a central private recreation amenity with a pool and outdoor gathering spaces. Together with Sage Court, Cedar Row creates a vibrant, walkable environment that enhances well-being and offers a true sense of home.
