THE STORY

Down the street from hip restaurants and inspiring entertainment, three-story, single-family residences create unique living opportunities for families and dual income buyers. The exteriors feature a blend of Spanish traditional and contemporary elevation styles that unite the colorful neighborhood theming. Pocket yards and roof top decks utilize indoor/outdoor living within each plan, taking advantage of the beautiful Southern California weather year-round. Intuitive and flexible floor plans serve a variety of lifestyles and maintain open, flowing spaces.

Design and space constraints of the site inspired an 8-plex, “T” cluster concept for the product, allowing for full, two-car driveways in the largest plans and a single driveway for the smallest plan. The four variations of floor plans include 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3 bathrooms, flexible loft space, an optional multi-gen suite on the ground floor, and a bonus room with an attached roof top deck on the third story, perfect for entertaining and watching the nearby Disneyland fireworks.
