EMAAR’s Conakry Mixed-Use complex in the heart of Conakry Guinea is envisioned as a state of the art urban center for an emerging city.  Residents and visitors will be able to experience world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment venues while office workers enjoy the amenities and convenience of working in a modern urban center.

Business Hotel
A world-class business and conference hotel will provide visitors with unparalleled service and hospitality.  The hotel lobby and entry is situated at the heart of the complex and with its open floor plan, becomes the entertainment living room for the site.  Visitors who stay at the hotel will have complete access to the project’s array of shops and restaurants.  This hotel facility will have standard and luxury suites to accommodate guests’ various needs.  A full-service restaurant and catering kitchen will provide world cuisine to guests and event attendees.

Retail Mall
In the heart of the complex, a retail mall will provide shopping and entertainment in a climate-controlled, safe, and secure environment.  Visitors will shop at small boutiques and markets, sampling products from around the world.  Larger anchor stores will provide the quality and service of brand department stores. Patrons can stop in for a quick item or stay for the entire day, experiencing a variety of shopping and entertainment opportunities that the mall has to offer.

Office
A broad array of office service needs will be met through the development of the proposed office buildings.  In the core of the complex will be a large format office pad that can accommodate larger footprint businesses.  Large open floor plates will provide tenants with the opportunity to build to suit based upon their staffing requirements.  At the apex of the site will be a high rise iconic office tower, providing dynamic office space for higher-profile tenants.  This tower will include a state of the art conference and meeting facility that is tied to the business hotel.  Executive suites and concierge services will be provided within the facility.  Safe and Secure VIP parking and valet will be available in specially designated areas within the structure.

Residential Apartment
Located on the northeastern portion of the site across from the hotel will be the residential towers of Conakry Mixed Use.  The two towers will accommodate a broad array of housing needs and services.  The first tower will use modular construction, with state of the art building practices to deliver high-quality urban flats to executives and urban families.  The second tower will cater to the luxury market with larger open floor plans that capture the ocean and harbor views.  Both buildings will have private secure access and parking.  Private rooftop gardens will be above the parking structure, providing residents a relief to the urban framework.  Small service-oriented shops will be located within the building's ground level to cater to the daily needs of the residents.
