THE STORY
Cordova Hills is located at the eastern boundary of the City of Rancho Cordova surrounded by open space adjacent to the second largest job center in the six-county Sacramento region. The master-planned community provides a diverse mix of uses including approximately 1.35 million square feet of commercial uses, life-long learning from preschool through graduate school and housing types for all life-stages from young to old. The landform defines each of the villages preserving and protecting habitats. The community is adjacent to a planned multi-modal transit hub that will connect an internal shuttle bus with proposal regional transit systems.
