Centrally located in Palm Desert, CA, Esprit is a modern collection of one- and two-story residences within the University Park community. The 4 plans of Esprit showcase Modern Spanish, Contemporary, and Boutique architectural styles while the interiors host 1,988 – 2,940 square feet which include 3-5 bedrooms, 2-3.5 bathrooms, covered outdoor living areas, and 2-car garages.
