THE STORY
 

Introducing Fresco at Del Sol, a collection of single-family detached homes offering six versatile floorplans ranging from 2,942 to 3,453 square feet. These residences feature 4-5 bedrooms, 3.5-4.5 bathrooms, and 2-3 car attached or detached garages, available in both larger alley-loaded and conventional configurations on various lot sizes. Each home boasts a spacious primary suite, covered patio, and flexible spaces such as dens, lofts with covered decks, and even options for lot-specific ADUs and first-floor multigenerational suites with separate entrances.

 

The community features five distinct elevation styles—Progressive Gill, Progressive Coastal, Progressive Spanish, Progressive Monterey, and Progressive Craftsman—designed to create a dynamic street scene in harmony with the Specific Plan. These contemporary adaptations of traditional architecture cater to the modern buyer, offering high-contrast, neutral-toned residences that enhance the charm of Ventura and seamlessly integrate with the masterplan.

 

Del Sol, WHA's largest project and Shea Homes' most significant investment, comprises 325 homes with 16 floorplans and 5 elevation styles. A milestone development for the City of Ventura, WHA’s Design and Color Studio collaborated closely with Shea Homes and the City, even incorporating mid-project value engineering to meet the 2022 Code requirements for Phase 4.
