THE STORY
 

Welcome to Kerry Ranch, a neighborhood of Modern Agrarian single-family homes situated in Santa Rosa, California. The exterior styles are complemented by shed roofs, aluminum metal siding, and bold color styling that incorporates blue, red, and grey hues. As an architecture-forward design, the homes offer spacious covered porches and recessed two-car and tandem garages.

The five, one- and two-story floor plans feature 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3.5 bathrooms, and range between 1,404 and 1,955 square feet. Plan 3 features a shifted footprint with the living quarters in the left wing of the home and the great room located at the back of the house to create a large corner backyard that fills the adjacent great room with natural light. The upstairs loft for Plan 5 can be utilized as an additional living space or converted to a fourth bedroom. Plans 2 and 4 include an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) located over the garages with private entries off the side of the homes. The design is equipped with a living area, kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom.
