Primero at Del Sol, the most affordable housing option within the masterplan, is a collection of 2-story row townhomes. Four floorplans ranging from 1,654 to 1,872 square feet offer 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3 bathrooms, and 2-car detached garages with open spaces between the main homes and detached garages. Front porches energize the street, while the interior for three of the floorplans include flex space options, perfect for an office, loft, or tech alcove to suit diverse buyer lifestyles.
The community features three distinct elevation styles—Progressive Gill, Progressive Spanish, and Progressive Monterey—designed to create a dynamic street scene in harmony with the Specific Plan.
