THE STORY
 

Falloncrest I at The Preserve is a 10-acre neighborhood of 188 homes integrating two distinct product lines – Sage Court and Cedar Row. This neighborhood features a private recreation area and a public park, both easily accessible from Sage Court and Cedar Row, promoting walkability, enhancing health and well-being, and encouraging active lifestyles.

As the name implies, Sage Court is a motor court building typology, which hides garages and promotes friendly streetscenes with front door facing elevations to maximize perimeter views while fostering engaging pedestrian walkability. Each building contains 14 homes – a mix of townhomes and flats offering six versatile floor plans, ranging from 1,565 to 2,718 square feet. With a mix of 2-3-story living and 2-4 bedroom plans, Sage Court offers flexible living spaces that cater to diverse lifestyles. All the homes are designed with convenient 2-car garages, some of which (14%) are in a tandem configuration.

Crafted in a Modern Spanish Colonial Revival style, these buildings feature exteriors with neutral palettes, Irving Gill inspired arched porticos, and wood-beamed second-story decks. The elevations showcase a harmonious mix of flat and sloped roofs, bronze metal accents, and jewel-toned colored doors, paying homage to the Spanish architectural influence.
