Skye is a collection of spacious and luxurious one- and two-story homes situated in the lakeside community of River Islands in Lathrop, CA. The residences are characterized by the architectural styles of California Modern, Modern Farmhouse, and Progressive Traditional. The coastal inspired color palettes play off the waterfront location and utilize lap siding accents, textural material mixing – board and batten paired with horizontal siding and stucco, and contemporary stone accents.
