Splash at One Lake is a pleasant neighborhood of 72 single-family court homes ranging in size from 2350–2800 square feet. Though these 2-story homes utilize a shared ‘motor court’ for vehicular access, innovative site plotting and privatized front entries with generous porches give an upscale feel to the arrival point at each residence.

All plans include a 2-car garage, an open first-floor plan with kitchens featuring island seating. The generously sized primary and secondary bedrooms (with up to 4 bedrooms total) feel even larger due to the 9’ plate height at the upper level.
