THE STORY

All units are three-story floor plans, designed with diversity to create unique livability for every home. Nicely sized decks are located at the second level of each home, with direct access to the living space.  To allow for additional outdoor space, a semi private courtyard was created at the ground level. The low walls at the courts provides a transitional space that can be gated by the homeowner.  With the three elevation styles, multiple color schemes, and varying massing and details from plan to plan, the character of our neighborhood has been very well received by the community.
