THE STORY
 

Within the RidgeGate master-planned community lies Tribute at Lyric, a collection of single-family homes with seven flexible designs. The grading of the site produces lot variations of two-story downslope homes and three-story upslope homes. The homes feature High Slope Transitional, Low Slope Transitional, and Hip Slope Contemporary architecture styles.
