Ranging between 1,736 and 2,380 square feet, the four single-story plans of Vineyard at Williams Ranch offer the perfect canvas for first-time buyers and move-down buyers alike to settle down. Residents are offered up to 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 2-3-car garages. Dependent on the plan, dens, offices, and additional bedrooms can be included to enhance the floor plan and day-to-day livability.

Design elements such as R.V. garage space, a multi-generational living suite, and an ADU above the garage can be opted in to increase the square footage of the home. The additional storage and opportunity to host short- and long-term guests are customizable spaces that can cater to each resident’s current and future lifestyle needs.

Sitting on 430 acres in the picturesque mountains of Castaic, CA, the gated master-planned community of Williams Ranch hosts nearly 500 homes catered to families in all stages of life. WHA designed a total of 15 plans for the four product lines of Williams Ranch: Vineyard, Meadow, Orchard, and Ridgeline. The exterior elevation styles of Modern, Farmhouse, Ranch, and Traditional complement Castaic’s natural beauty and small-town aesthetic. To bring the residences to life, WHA collaborated with Williams Homes to curate three, high-contrast color schemes per elevation style. Dependent on the style, the exteriors feature metal accent roofs, board and batten siding, board form and stone veneers, and dark, rich accent colors. The community is set to offer spacious lots, an abundance of open space linked to a trail system, and amenities to support a family-centric lifestyle.
