Meet Vista De La Sierra, a community committed to inclusivity and support located in the heart of Riverside’s La Sierra neighborhood. These thoughtfully designed two- and three-story affordable apartment buildings offer 80 spacious units, ranging from 685 to 1,196 square feet, with 1-3 bedrooms, 1-2 baths, and private decks or patios. Among these, 39 units are dedicated to permanent supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The Spanish Contemporary architecture, with its signature 's' tile roofs, iron railings, and decorative tile accents, complements the neighborhood’s character, creating a welcoming and harmonious living environment. With amenities like a community room, swimming pool, picnic areas, an outdoor playground, and a community garden, residents will find endless opportunities to connect, unwind, and thrive.
